No injuries at fire in Hohenschönhausen
BERLIN (Berliner Morgenpost) – The fire on several high-rise roofs in the district of Neu-Hohenschönhausen has largely been extinguished.
No one was injured, a fire department spokesman said early Friday afternoon. The fire brigade is only busy with residual extinguishing work.
A total of around 120 firefighters were on duty.
The fire had initially been very threatening. A large cloud of smoke had moved over the houses and could be seen from a distance. There had also been an explosion.
